Message to Kira

To me, this song is about a person, but it represents people around the world that never had a choice between morality and survival. We all face our own trials, no matter where we are born, or what class we are raised in, but in westernized nations in particular, it is impossible for certain people to fathom what it would be like to make a pact with devil as your only means of survival. However, for most of the planet, those choices are reality. There are no safety nets, no preset paths, and the consequences for failure are extreme, if not fatal. So, from an outsider perspective, when you can't even comprehend the magnitude of making such drastic choices, you judge. You label people as terrible because of their actions, based on the idea that you are not terrible because you've never made those actions, but at the same time, you've never faced such a dire decision, so you essentially lack all the qualifications of assuming the role of a judge.
